Typical Glass Recycling Process

1. Manual Pre-sorting
   Remove large contaminants (e.g., ceramics, stones) to protect downstream equipment.
2. Primary Shredding / Opening
   Break whole bottles and bulky glass into manageable pieces using a Twin-Shaft Shredder or, for complex loads, a Quad-Shaft Shredder.
3. Secondary Crushing
   Reduce size to target chip range with a Powerful Crusher; for finer reduction or conditioning, apply a Hammer Mill.
4. Screening & Sizing
   Classify cullet precisely using a Hexagonal Drum Screen and/or a Rectangular Vibrating Screen.
5. Ferrous Metal Removal
   Remove steel crowns and ferrous pieces with a Plug-in Magnetic Separator.
6. Non-Ferrous Separation
   Recover aluminum caps and rings via an Eddy Current Separator.
7. Light Fraction / Label Removal
   Extract paper/plastic labels and lightweight contaminants using an Air-Blow Separator.
8. Fine Cleaning / Density Refinement (Optional)
   Where density contrast exists, polish the cullet with a Gravity Separator; for micro-size outputs, use a Micro Pulverizer.
9. Final Collection
   Collect sized cullet or glass powder for remelting, abrasives, or construction-grade uses.
